The AIDS Information and Support Centre (TASC) is a Non Governmental Organization, which began in 1989 as a Project HOPE AIDS project, and was later officially registered as a locally based NGO in 1992. The organization has done a remarkable job in the prevention and control of HIV infection. In 2005 TASC continued to provide voluntary walk-in counseling and HIV antibody testing (VCT) in Swaziland with a rural outreach program which covers 35 communities in the 4 regions of Swaziland.
